Monthly Update for August 2026 for Hartford & Greenbank Anti-Social Behaviour Report of youths playing in the resident’s car park on Carpenter Close, they are riding around on scooters, playing football, and the football keeps going into resident’s gardens and the youths are just going into the gardens to get the balls.Report of youths nothing stones at Hartford Children’s Centre building. 2 youths identified and spoken too with their parents. No damage had been caused to the building.Report of youths gathered at the rear of properties on Walnut Lane. Resident has challenged them and chased the youths away from the location. The following night the resident had a brick thrown through they window be persons unknown.Report of youths starting fires and then stamping them out on Moss Farm. Youths made off when patrols arrived.Numerous reports of people of off-road bikes on Saxons Lane Playing Field. Regular patrols taking place to prevent/deter this and to identify those involved.Report of a suspicious male in the rear gardens of numerous properties. The male was arrested for numerous offences that night.Burglary Report of a set of keys being stolen from within a property. The doorbell of the property was rung, and the occupant answered the door there was nobody ther went and checked the side of the property and on returning to the door noticed the keys had been taken. There is no CCTV or witnesses to assist with identifying the person involved. Theft Report of a male suspect taking razors and beauty products from Sainsbury’s local. CCTV requested to assist in identifying the suspect.Numerous vehicles at the MOT Centre attempted to be entered by a male suspect trying the door handles. The suspect has been identified, arrested and charged with vehicle interference.Road Safety Speed Enforcement session conducted on Chester Road, 2 offences captured and reported of processing by Ticket Office. Parking/highway Obstructions Concerns raised about vehicle parking too close to the junction of Walnut Lane and Albemarle Avenue. Patrols have taken place and no offences observed, patrols to continue and appropriate action to be taken when offences are being committed. Weekly Police Surgeries The surgeries covering both Davenham & Moulton and Hartford & Greenbank areas will be held on Thursday 1st October, Clifton Drive, Leftwich, a police vehicle will be parked near to Morrisons Daily, between 9am – 10am. Wednesday 7th October, Spar, London Road, Davenham, a police vehicle will be parked on the car park, between 1pm – 2pm. Friday 16th October, at Hartford Village Hall, Chester Road, between 4pm – 5pm. Thursday 20th October, Tesco, Regency Way, Kingsmead, a police vehicle will be parked on the car park, between 12pm – 1pm. Everyone is welcome to come along to say hello and discuss any local issues or concerns.
